At Spartans, rugby isn’t just about the game — it’s about building confidence, teamwork, and friendships that last a lifetime. Our U7 sessions focus on fun, safe, and engaging activities that help children develop coordination, learn the basics of rugby through tag games, and most importantly, have a great time!

Training takes place on Tuesday evenings at Coppice Lane at 17:45, where the whole family is welcome to come along, watch, and join in the Spartans spirit.
